There are two ways of checking when your ESXi host was rebooted last time. If you are using vcenter, you can click on the root level vcenter server on the left hand side. click on the hosts tab on the right, and it will show uptime for all your hosts.
And the second one: login to esxi through ssh, and type uptime.
