Installation of component VMware Python components failed with error code ‘3010’

If you will receive the following error during vSphere 6.0a –> 6.0b updating:

2015-07-10_12-15-56

try to do this:

1. Create a new folder named Backup under TEMP.

2. Select all files and directories within the TEMP directory and move them to the Backup folder.

3. Reboot vCenter server and try to update once more.

Thanks posting this, solve the issue for me. The only thing for me is I simply stopped all the vCenter services, made sure I killed java.exe and then was able to simply clear out the temp directory, both for c:windows and the user profile.
