If you will receive the following error during vSphere 6.0a –> 6.0b updating:
try to do this:
1. Create a new folder named Backup under TEMP.
2. Select all files and directories within the TEMP directory and move them to the Backup folder.
3. Reboot vCenter server and try to update once more.
