Google Chrome is phasing out support for NPAPI plugins in Chrome Version 42. So your Client Integration Plug-In in the vSphere Web Client stops working.
To restore Client Integration Plug-In working just re-enable Chrome NPAPI. Type url in browser chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
Restart your browser and try to login into vSphere Web client.
Now everything works good 🙂
